Ivana was a top-tier head-hunter before she became a recognised expert on gamified employee advocacy with both a Masters and a PhD in Marketing and Business. She loves business and successfully began her entrepreneurial journey before she even started elementary school. She founded her own head-hunting company at the young age of twenty-two. For a decade, she has interviewed thousands of people and learned to ask the right questions to dig deep into what drives people, what brings them joy at work and how to choose the right person for any project based on questions others have found strange (like whether they prefer to cook or to bake, and why!).
Ivana excelled in finding candidates for difficult-to-fill positions, so her clients started to ask how it was possible that she could fill vacancies they were not able to fill for many months. And so, in 2013, the first consultancy for building brands on LinkedIn was born.
