How are ratings calculated?
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we do not use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.

Trying to understand insanity
Reviewed in the United States on 27 September 2011Verified Purchase
Very interesting first person look at the ongoing conflict in Uganda, which has also influenced Sudan and the Congo. Explains a little about Joseph Kony, who is responsible for so many kidnappings, mutilations and murders. It is very readable and engaging.
