“What makes this book special is that it contains translations from different types of Egyptian writing – so it’s not specifically about mythology, but of course the mythological content is there. So if you want to learn a bit about, let’s say, the Pyramid Texts, there’s a bit about that, or The Book of the Dead, there’s a bit about that, too. But if you want to learn about Egyptian tales and stories, those are in there, and many of these feature gods and goddesses.
