Dave Zeltserman’s short mystery fiction has been nominated for numerous awards and has won a Shamus, Derringer, and two Ellery Queen Readers Awards. His crime and horror novels have been named best of the year by NPR, The Washington Post, ALA, Booklist, and WBUR. His noir novel Small Crimes has been made into a Netflix film, and his horror novel The Caretaker of Lorne Field is currently in development with plans to film it in 2026. He lives in Rhode Island.
