Books by Michel Guérard
La Cuisine Gourmande
by Michel Guérard

The pictures were very different from the usual pictures in French books, which were very dark and brown – everything with brown sauce. In this book they have a lot of veg and herbs, and a very clean plate with not too much ingredients.
