I grew up with a single, loving and kind Mum. She showed me how strong women are, and how I can do anything I put my mind to. She always taught me to be kind as you never know what someone is going through. Reflecting on my childhood and the books my Mum read to me, I think all girls should be introduced to these books growing up, no matter what family or background they come from. They teach strength and kindness which is so important in life, if everyone was kind the world would be a better place.

I think all girls should read this growing up as it gives a lovely message that girls can be anything that they put their mind to, no matter what or who gets in the way.

I remember reading this with my Mum as a child. A particular quote has stuck by me since then, "If you have the choice to be kind or right, choose kind and you will always be right." I think that is wonderful message of kindness that everyone should follow.

I loved this story of inspiring young women who all have different aspirations in life. It shows the true feelings of women and how much love, bravery and strength they have to give. Being a woman is so much more than society makes them out to be.

This book was so beautiful and inspiring. Malala was a young girl who stood up for her own rights. I remember thinking as a child that this was so unfair and how brave Malala was. I inspired to be that brave. All girls should know what Malala went through and should be grateful for their education.
