Carl Honoré is a Canadian journalist who wrote the internationally bestselling book In Praise of Slow. In 2008 he came out with a new book, Under Pressure, promoting a more relaxed and hands-off parenting technique. Honoré’s work has appeared in publications including The Economist and The Observer. He lives and works in London with his wife and their two children
