Winning the Unwinnable War

Journo promotes a controversial thesis. He says that the war against terrorism is not unwinnable. A vital step toward victory would be to name the enemy for what it is: Islamic Totalitarianism. This failure to name the enemy has hamstrung the United States, and led to an overseas war for which we see no victory and no end.
